Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Kosmonia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how to report content in the Service that you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, and how we handle such reports. It is intended to be consistent with the notice-and-takedown principles of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent frameworks.

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content available through Kosmonia infringes your copyright, email info@mo-zayed.com with the subject line "IP Report" and include:

  • Your full name and a way to contact you (email is enough).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The exact location of the material in the Service (a URL, username, or screen where it appears).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient).

2. What happens next

  • We review complete reports within five business days.
  • Where a report is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.
  • Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
  • Incomplete reports may be returned for the missing information before we can act.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake (for example, you own the rights or your use is lawful), reply to the removal notice or email us with:

  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
  • A statement under good faith that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name and contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts.

We may restore the material unless the original reporter brings a court action within a reasonable period.

4. Misuse

Knowingly submitting a false infringement report or counter-notice may carry legal liability. Please be sure of your claim before submitting.

This page describes our procedure in good faith and is not legal advice.
